Types of Buildings/Garages: Traditional pole building/barn, pole foundation/stick frame, traditional garages (block foundation/stick frame, and poured wall foundation/stick frame). We specialize in both attached and detached (free-standing) garages.
Sizes of Buildings/Garages: We can build almost any sized garage or pole building. The more common sizes are basic one-car garages (12'x24'), two-car garages (generally 20'x20' to 24'x24'), three-car garages (generally 24'x32', 24'x36'), and larger outbuildings/barns are usually 40'x40' to 48'x60', but we can building any size in between depending on your needs.
Standard Features (Materials & Labor): Footers, framing (7/16" OSB sheeting), 4/12 pitch engineered trusses 2' O.C. with 1'0" overhangs on eaves, roofing (dimensional asphalt shingles),siding (.042 dutchlap or straight vinyl siding, white vinyl soffit & aluminum fascia), 3'0" 6-panel entry door, 16'x7' non-insulated overhead garage door, 4" think concrete floor, 5" white aluminum gutters
Siding/Exterior Wall Options: Standard Vinyl siding (.042 dutchlap or straight). Upgrades/optional siding types available are vinyl shakes, T1-11 wood, steel siding, stone veneer, or brick veneer.
Roofing Options: Dimensional asphalt shingles are standard. Optional steel roofing is available.
Miscellanous Garage/Pole Building Options Available: Electric, Plumbing, Insulation, Drywall, Bonus rooms (attic trusses or light load storage trusses) with stairs, Gabled dormers (active/functional or inactive), Driveways and pads/aprons/approaches (gravel and/or concrete), and more.
